I will make a plan with you to stage your home for potential buyers.
Buyers need to visualize what is inside your walls before they decide to schedule a viewing with their agent. To enhance the exposure of your home, I utilize a professional photographer who showcases all the best features of your home, both inside and out, and create a virtual tour with the photographs to provide a specialized online tour.
The buyer for your property may come from near or far. The grounds will be given special treatment and if warranted, I also use aerial photography to give properties that special edge.
Depending on the type of marketing your home requires, we may create a video to enhance your listing. We also want to inspire agents to preview your home and encourage their qualified buyers to view it as well. Remember, the vast majority of buyers are viewing homes online and we want your home to stand out as the unique property it is.
Today’s buyer is tech savvy! According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 92% of buyers look online for homes and 43% of buyers look online before ever even calling a real estate agent. Highly-impactful flyers using your professional photos will be designed for your listing and placed on your property for potential buyers, allowing those who drive by to have instant access to your property information.
Depending on your home and personal marketing plan, I may also send out Just Listed postcards to select neighbors to get more eyes on your home. I also advertise in local print magazines such as The Real Estate Journal.
My extensive network includes not only my database of contacts and qualified buyers, but also real estate investors, the real estate brokers both within the Cascade Sotheby’s system and in our community, plus the thousands of agents I have a referral relationship with outside of our immediate area.
